Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly drivenSenior Sales Specialist to lead and grow our distribution network for architectural hardware solutions and access automation solution across Malaysia and Brunei. This is an individual contributor role focused on identifying onboarding and managing partners and distributors to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the channel sales strategy for Malaysia & Brunei aligned with the companys growth objectives.
- Identify evaluate and onboard potential distributors and partners for architectural hardware and access automation solutions.
- Manage and nurture existing distributor relationships to ensure alignment performance and loyalty.
- Drive sales through effective partner engagement support and joint business planning.
- Provide product training technical guidance and marketing support to channel partners.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical logistics finance) to ensure smooth execution of channel-related activities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets KPIs and market development goals.
- Conduct regular visits and reviews with partners to assess business potential resolve issues and support growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales or channel/distributor management preferably in the construction architectural hardware building materials or automation industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and partner lifecycle management.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently and travel frequently within Malaysia and Brunei.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical knowledge of architectural hardware and access automation products (e.g. electronic locks automatic doors access control systems).
- Experience working with project-based sales (consultants architects contractors).
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
