This is not a hybrid role it requires the successful candidate to be present in person in the workplace Monday to Friday 36 hours per week.

Hours: Full-time rota-based (7:00 AM 5:00 PM coverage)

Were looking for a professional friendly and resilient Facilities Officer to join our dynamic Building Services Team at Newham Dockside. This is an exciting fast-paced role where no two days are the same perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for anyone entering the building your welcoming presence will set the tone for visitors colleagues contractors and residents alike. Youll ensure the building is safe well-maintained and operating efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
