About the role
As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads across various sourcesdemo requests signups webinars and events. Youll own engagement qualification and seamless handover to the closing team driving high conversion rates and meaningful pipeline creation.
What Youll Do
- Manage inbound lead flow ensuring timely follow-ups and strong conversion rates.
- Qualify and convert a high volume of marketing leads into sales opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing to share feedback and shape campaign strategy.
- Conduct high-level discovery calls with inbound leads to identify pains and plans.
- Collaborate with teammates to develop targeted prospecting strategies.
- Research accounts to identify key players compelling events and opportunities.
- Leverage Salesforce and other tools to engage via calls emails and social.
- Map prospective accounts uncover challenges and tailor value propositions.
- Maintain and nurture a pipeline of high-priority prospects.
- Build expertise in the companies and markets you oversee.
What You Have
- Languages: Native-level Arabic and English (additional European languages are a plus).
- 2 years of tech sales business development or related experience.
- Strong communication skills across email phone and social channels.
- Proven ability to conduct prospect/customer-facing meetings.
- Experience writing clear impactful emails and engaging confidently in calls.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for SaaS sales development curiosity about mobile tech and a drive for continuous learning.
- Integrity independence and a collaborative spirit.

- Experience with Middle Eastern markets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Outreach and open-source prospecting tools.
