Internal Secondment Opportunity Specialist Talent & Engagement (6 Months)
Were excited to offer a six-month secondment into a Talent and Engagement Specialist role. This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic position that plays a key role in shaping our talent and engagement initiatives across Compass Group Australia.
Reporting to Jo Kirwan youll work closely with stakeholders across the business managing the talent review process including succession planning talent assessments and identifying high-potential employees. This role is critical in ensuring that the organisation has a robust talent pipeline and that employees are developed and prepared for future leadership roles supporting the organisations long-term success.

Desirable: experience in talent management survey methodology data analysis analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with HR and leadership teams.
Please note:The preferred location for this role is Brisbane QLD. If not based in Brisbane the role can be based inPerth WAorSydney NSW.
What Were Looking For
Communication and relationship-building skills
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organisational Psychology Business Administration or a related field
Experience in survey administration data analysis and employee engagement preferably within a corporate environment
- Passion for people culture and creating meaningful employee experiences
- A passion for driving cultural transformation and organisational capability
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence outcomes
- Experience in HR talent or engagement-related roles is desirable
