About the Role
Physicians Rehab Solution is expanding and now hiring an Occupational Therapist and/or Certified Hand Therapist to join the outpatient orthopedic team at OrthoVirginia in Blacksburg Virginia.
Full-time is preferred with up to 40 hours per week available. Part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered. The ideal candidate is personable motivated and skilled in communication.
Caseload and Patient Population
The Occupational Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic environment treating patients with a range of post-operative and conservative hand shoulder and upper extremity diagnoses.
Full-time therapists typically treat an average of 11 patients per day.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting salary for this full-time position is approximately seventy-five thousand dollars per year and increases based on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available.

Job Requirements
Eligible for Virginia state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Certified Hand Therapist preferred but not required
Prior outpatient orthopedic experience with hand shoulder and upper extremity cases preferred
New graduates will be supported and mentored
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
