We are seeking an experienced Sr Full Stack Developer to serve as the primary developer and maintainer of our existing web application. This role requires a self-directed professional who can own the complete software development lifecycle while working closely with business stakeholders and end users. The ideal candidate will have strong experience Core React applications and enterprise security implementations.

Development & Maintenance

• Serve as primary developer and maintainer for existing web application built with Core backend and React frontend with Material UI

• Own end-to-end software lifecycle including design updates development testing deployment and production support

• Perform bug fixes troubleshooting and performance tuning to ensureoptimalsystem stability and availability

• Refactor and modernize legacy code to improve maintainability and performance whenfeasible

Infrastructure & DevOps

• Manage andmaintaindeployments onWindows Server using IIS

• Apply security patches library upgrades and system updatesin a timely manner

• Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues

• Implement andmaintainWindows Authentication using Claims/Negotiate protocol

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with Business Analyst and user base to review feature requests triage bugs andestablishdevelopment priorities

• Function as co-product owner alongside Business Analyst to evaluate incoming requests andestablishrealistic timelines

• Interact directly with end users to clarify requirements troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and workflows

Documentation & Communication

• Write andmaintaincomprehensive technical documentation

• Provide clear communication on project status technical challenges and solutions

• Bachelors Degree in an IT-related discipline

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with.NET 8.0 Core andEntity Framework Core

• ProficiencyinReactTypeScript andMaterial UI frameworkfor front-end development

• Experience with modern front-end tooling includingViteReact Query and (LTS)

• Solid understanding ofWindows Authentication(Claims/Negotiate protocol) and security best practices

• ProficiencywithVisual Studio 2022(Community or Professional edition) VS Code will not sufficefor Windows Authentication scenarios

• Experience withSQL Server Developer Editionand database management tools (SSMS or Azure Data Studio)

• Understanding of web application architecture and best practices

• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)

• Experience with database management and optimization

Professional Skills

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience inAgile/Scrumdevelopment environments

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Experience

• 10 years of full stack web development experience

• Experiencemaintainingand enhancing legacy applications

• Background working directly with business stakeholders and end users

• Demonstrated experience in production environment management
