About the Role

Pinnacle Performance Therapy is growing and now hiring a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin Rapids WI. This position offers unmatched scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to tailor your role to your professional goals.

Whether you prefer working with students during the school year taking summers off or maintaining a full-time year-round schedule that includes outpatient orthopedics well help you build the right caseloadup to 40 hours per week.

Caseload & Setting

  • Serve students across seven schools in the Wisconsin Rapids area (elementary middle and high schools)

  • Typically assigned 23 primary schools

  • Option to include outpatient orthopedic cases if desired

  • Diverse caseload including pediatrics orthopedics and neuro patients

  • Full-time PTs in the clinic setting typically treat 810 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule & Flexibility

  • MondayFriday 8 a.m.5 p.m.

  • No weekends no major holidays

  • School-based work: approx. 16 hours/week scheduled over 2 days (flexible based on your preference)

  • Option to expand to full-time (up to 40 hours/week) with outpatient coverage

  • Excellent work-life balance and autonomy in scheduling

Qualifications

  • Eligible for Wisconsin Physical Therapist licensure

  • Pediatric or school-based experience preferred

  • New grads with pediatric exposure encouraged to apply

  • Availability: minimum 16 hours/week up to full-time
