Overview:
Pinnacle Performance Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin Rapids WI offering unmatched scheduling flexibility. This is a unique opportunity for a PT who wants to make a meaningful impact in a school setting while shaping a role that aligns with personal and professional goals. Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist will work across seven schools in the Wisconsin Rapids area including a mix of elementary middle and high schools. You will have 23 primary schools with opportunities to work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting if desired.
This role offers a diverse caseload including general orthopedics pediatrics and neuro patients. Bring your passion and expertise to join our winning team!
Full-time PTs should expect to treat 8-10 patients per day in the clinic setting.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this full-time position is very competitive and increases depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits are offered including PTO 401k with employer match continuing education license renewal fees & APTA dues covered.
Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm. No weekends. No major holidays!
The PT hired will work 16 hours per week in the school setting and that can be spread out over 2 days per week based on the preference of the candidate hired.

Job Requirements:
Eligible for WI state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Prior pediatrics or school-based therapy is preferred.
New grad PTs with some pediatric exposure will be considered.
Full-time up to 40 hours per week are available.
Candidates with 16 hours of availability will also be considered.
