Job Role: ProductManager
Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedProductManagerto lead our software development team in drivingproduct strategy and ensuring successful delivery of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise business acumen and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-qualityproducts that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- ProductStrategy:
- Define and communicate theproductstrategy in alignment with theProductgoals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities forproductinnovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritizeproductrequirements.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts deliverymanagers software developers designers and other cross-functional team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
- ProductDelivery:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-endproductdevelopment lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Own theproductbacklog and prioritization ensure the delivery ofproductmanagement best practices
- Familiarity with UML and other requirements gathering methodologies
- Develop and manageproductroadmaps to ensure timely delivery ofproducts.
- Implement agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency and adaptability.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for theproductdelivery team
- Communicateproductupdates roadmaps and performance metrics to stakeholders regularly.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to informproductenhancements and iterations.
- Technical Expertise:
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensureproductfeasibility and alignment with technical capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices inproductmanagement and software development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field;
- 5 years of experience inproductmanagement with a focus on software development.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing software development projects.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies andproductdevelopment processes.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with tools such as ADO Miro or similar project management software.
