Nursery Manager Montessori Early Years Up to 50000 All Year Round
Set in a beautiful Montessori nursery this role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team in a warm nurturing and inspiring environment. As Nursery Manager youll play an important part in shaping the daily life of the nursery supporting childrens development and guiding staff to deliver exceptional care and education. This is a full-time all year round role with plenty of scope to grow and make a meaningful impact.
What Were Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager in an early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
- Experience within a Montessori setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership organisational and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting childrens development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursery ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards.
- Oversee daily operations staff supervision and team development.
- Create and implement engaging learning opportunities in line with Montessori and EYFS approaches.
- Build strong relationships with children families and the wider community.
- Ensure safeguarding health and safety requirements are met at all times.
- Manage budgets resources and occupancy to support the success of the nursery.
- Inspire and motivate staff fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
