Title of Position: Salaried Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Salaried Restaurant Manager will provide proper direction for the restaurant. The person in this position must oversee daily operations and drive satisfactory results through people development sales and profit growth. The Salaried Restaurant Manager will hire train and develop staff members and ensure all staff members understand and display our values beliefs and lifestyle. This person must be a creative team player who enjoys challenging work loves to have a fun time and shows true commitment to their career.

Qualifications:
- The Salaried Restaurant Manager must have experience managing a QSR
- The Salaried Restaurant Manager must have experience with a high volume sales environment
- A Salaried Restaurant Manager candidate with new Restaurant opening is preferred
- The Salaried Restaurant Manager should be passionate and vibrant
- The Salaried Restaurant Managers MUST be able to travel to the South or Midwest for training
