What Youll Do
- Lead & Develop: Coach mentor and provide feedback to BOH Managers Leaders and Team Members.
- Ensure Food Excellence: Uphold Chick-fil-As food quality food safety and productivity standards.
- Collaborate with FOH: Work with Front of House leadership to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Drive Operations: Manage daily BOH operations delegate tasks and ensure smooth shift execution.
- Manage Resources: Monitor inventory control costs and review Profit & Labor reports to improve performance.
- Support the Operator: Partner with the Owner/Operator and Directors to execute restaurant-wide strategy.
Qualifications
- 12 years of leadership experience in food service hospitality or restaurant management required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay positive under pressure
- Strong organizational problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with basic technology (computer iPad)
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Open availability preferred;Friday and Saturday required
- Able to communicate effectively with both Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations
