Job Summary
Job Description:
This position is responsible for creating developing and commercializing packaging initiatives that support the delivery of Value Leadership for Mars Snacking North America.
What are we looking for
Minimum Requirements
BS in Packaging Science (preferred) or other engineering/science related discipline or equivalent
6 -10 Years packaging development
Up to 20% travel
Preferred Qualifications
Food/CPG experience
What will be your key responsibilities
Defining foundational processes for packaging development and testing
Leveraging internal and external networks
Managing deliverables of multiple projects simultaneously
Independently recommending and consulting on packaging platform solutions
Effectively communicating projects details and risk in appropriate forum to all levels of organization including vendors and customers
Provide technical support to troubleshoot key quality or manufacturing issues
Being a passionate engaged and active member of team and function
Using enterprise thinking to develop best solution for Mars and influencing teams to activate
Exhibiting high levels of intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial behavior

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge skills and total compensation package for this position will include variable pay medical and dental benefits participation in 401k plan and paid time off of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
