Job Description
- The successful candidate will be involved in the design management and execution of key projects and initiatives.- We are looking for a high level of integrity and passion even an obsession with customer experience. - Work cross functionally with internal partners to develop strong and long-lasting relationships- Support project activities Identify risks / bottleneck areas and take ownership to resolve; by initiating and implementing corrective action - Ability to maintain and develop relationships cross functionally within the organisation Evaluating current business processes and see opportunities to improve- Strive to ensure each and every customer experience goes above and beyond
- Strong interest in business operations. Leverage data / key performance indicators / financial reports to identify and articulate business needs that require creative problem solving.
- You must be a great communicator someone who can naturally develop trust and build strong business relationships.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and show curiosity for partner programs/channel management.
- Excellence and should be a habit. You should have a very low tolerance for errors.
- Passion and experience in crafting outstanding customer experiences
- Flexible and have an open working style with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.
- Understand project management methods and tools including agile and waterfall
- 2:1 honours degree (Level 8) or other similar qualification.
