Facility Associate (Part-Time)
About the Role:
As a Facility Associate (Part-Time) at Maersk youll be the welcoming face and operational backbone of our workplace. This multifaceted role combines reception front office coordination floor hosting and switchboard operations to create a seamless and professional experience for employees visitors and service partners. Youll play a key part in ensuring our office environment is safe efficient and welcoming - supporting our people and operations every day.
What Youll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Operate the switchboard and manage incoming calls and emails with efficiency and courtesy.
Support day-to-day office operations including mail handling booking assistance and supply coordination.
Act as a floor host ensuring workspaces printers and common areas are tidy functional and well-stocked.
Assist with health safety and emergency protocols including evacuation support and fire safety coordination.
Maintain accurate records and systems related to security telecommunications and occupancy data.
Coordinate flexible desking and space management processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth facility operations.
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and support services as needed.
What Youll Bring:
Experience in customer service hospitality or similar front-facing roles.
Professional demeanor with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Basic training in first aid and fire safety is a plus.
A proactive calm and solution-oriented mindset.
