Job Summary

Heres What You Need

Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program

BSN preferred

One year experience as a registered nurse in the ER required.

BCLS prior to providing independent care and maintained quarterly

ACLS within 90 days of hire

CPI Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days of hire

PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 Days of hire

TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course - within 12 Months of hire

What You Will Do

Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process

Assesses the patient

Plans the care of the patient

Intervenes as appropriate

Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions

Incorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care.

Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others need for information

Maintains continuity of patient care inter-shift inter-hospital and while expediting out of hospital transfers.

Work location: Texas Health Cleburne 201 Walls Dr. Cleburne TX 76033

Work hours: PRN As Needed rotating schedule 7:00 am 7:00 pm 11a-11p 3p-3a or 7:00 pm -7:00 am PRN II requires 3 shifts in a 6 week schedule with a minimum of 1 weekend shift.
