Food & Beverage Support Coordinator

What is the job

The Food & Beverage Support Coordinator is behind the scenes of Regals blockbuster food & beverage operation. Just like a film crew keeps the magic rolling on set youll be part of the team that supports theatres nationwide to deliver the ultimate movie-going experiencesnacks drinks and all.

Youll partner with field personnel and vendors to make sure theatres are stocked costs are in check and everything from popcorn to soda is ready for showtime. If you enjoy problem-solving working with people and keeping things running smoothly this is your chance to play a key role in the Regal story.

What will you be doing

• Youll be the go-to for field personnel helping them solve food & beverage challenges and liaising with vendors.
• Youll research set up and maintain product accounts with distributors so theatres always have the right snacks on hand.
• Youll keep track of costs inventories and orders helping theatres stay on budget while delighting guests.
• Youll maintain accurate price books order guides and licensing documentsmaking sure everything behind the curtain is show-ready.
• Youll use your Microsoft Office skills to organize analyze and communicate important data.

About you

• Youre a natural problem-solver who enjoys supporting others and providing great customer service.
• Youve got experience in food service operations or support functions (2 years is ideal).
• Youre comfortable with Microsoft OfficeExcel Word and databases are your tools of choice.
• Youre detail-oriented organized and able to keep multiple tasks in focus (like juggling multiple storylines in a blockbuster).
• You bring initiative good judgment and a collaborative spirit to every project.
