As a (Senior) Global Communications Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of our Global Communications Team shaping how we tell our storyboth at a corporate level and across our product this role you will drive visibility and engagement with key stakeholders worldwide while serving as a trusted partner to regional teams and affiliates ensuring that global communications strategies are effectively localized and brought to life in diverse markets.
YOUR ROLE
Lead and execute impactful corporate and product communications strategies.
Drive successful product launches and enhance brand reputation working closely with local teams and PR agencies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including media patient advocacy groups and strategic partners.
Translate global communications strategies into tailored regional and local narratives that resonate with healthcare professionals patients and partners.
Provide senior leaders with clear confident communications advice.
Support affiliates on sensitive topics with expertise in issues and reputation management.
Embrace a digital-first approach leveraging AI-driven tools to elevate content analytics and stakeholder engagement.
Foster collaboration across regions and functions ensuring consistency while adapting to cultural and market dynamics.
YOUR PROFILE
At least 8 years of communications experience in the pharmaceutical sector with proven success in both corporate and product communications.
Proven success in product launches brand visibility and PR agency collaboration.
Skilled in external stakeholder engagement including media patient advocacy and partnerships with the ability to confidently advise senior leaders.
Experience advising senior leaders and managing sensitive issues.
Digital-first mindset with experience in leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance content creation analytics and external engagement.
High ability to work independently and perform at a high level under pressure.
Organizational talent with attention to detail and a team player with positive energy.
