Job Description
- Assist with the monthly closing process (cost of sales and inventory related journal entries accruals for plant expenses allocations and related reporting requirements).
- Investigate monthly plant variances reviewing actual vs forecasted expenditures.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing cost reports and budgets
- Support monthly quarterly and annual financial close processes
- Provide regular reporting and detailed analysis of plant efficiency data.
- Assist with internal audit and reconciliation of the plants annual physical inventory.
- Assist in the implementation of financial systems policies and procedures as required.
- Other special projects as assigned.

You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Business Accounting or related field
- Experience with ERP software (JDE preferred)
- High level of integrity and accountability with results-orientation and a strong ability for prioritization
- Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting systems inventory control systems and experience managing accounting procedures and controls
- Masters Degree/MBA
- 2 or more years of working experience in financial accounting/cost accounting in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Manufacturing and Financials)
