Job Summary
OCI Compute is looking for a technical program manager with a background in cloud services server technology and software systems who can independently own and drive outcomes across the compute organization for high priority programs with large business impact. The ideal candidate has a background in operating systems compute architecture familiarity with virtualization CPU and GPU systems as well as with managing software and hardware at scale. Background in NPI and server hardware & software qualification is a plus. Prior background in cloud computing particularly in infrastructure as a service (IaaS) is expected. The ability to understand and drive business problems from the point of view of our customers analyze and process technical information put together programs and schedules to drive progress towards metric driven goals across service teams and communicating up to executives is required in this role.

Responsibilities
Responsible for understanding and solving business problems particularly related to infrastructure efficiency NPI IaaS service features supply chain and materials management and independently putting together a program for delivery
Responsible for meeting deliverable deadlines
Define requirements scope including estimations for deliverables such as requirements and conceptual design tasks and
related documentation
Create risk management plans and maintain risk register as well as report risk up to the VP/SVP level
Manage communication across organizations and cross-functional teams and identify blockers to delivery
Develop PMO deliverables; i.e. SOWs Project Charters Project Timelines
Plan project deliverables; including hardware resources hours
Manage projects from implementation to closure
Drive critical cross-org programs within Compute organization

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97500 to $199500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
