Shift Differential & Bonus Info:

• SIGN-ON BONUS OF $1000.00 (FULL-TIME HIRES ONLY)
• Evening shift diff is 1.50 and overnight shift diff is 1.00 an hour
• Open to 8-hour and 12-hour shifts

Hours/Shifts:Our openings include full-time for evening and night shifts. Part-time openings for All Shifts (NO PRN at this time)

Day in the Life / Expectations as an RN:

• Provide patient care to residents
• Comply with state and federal regulations.
• Work collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Valid state license(s)
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  
• High integrity and well-grounded work ethic
• Agility and flexibility with changing priorities
• Team-oriented and a practical team-player
• Professional demeanor
• At least one year of experience providing care and services in long-term care (preferred)
