Description

The Regulatory Compliance Intern plays a key role in supporting the Regulatory Compliance Shared Services Group by completing daily requests on behalf of assigned entities sales offices and other locations globally. This internship provides exposure to trade compliance processes risk management and operational support within a dynamic global environment. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Conduct screening activities and analyze the results to support compliance programs.
  • Release export holds in a timely manner.
  • Review and validate all Regulatory Compliance (RC) requests in accordance with procedures and team standards.
  • Provide RC support to users and gatekeepers.
  • Assist in reviewing updating and implementing Trade Compliance procedures and policies.
  • Support the implementation of various RC projects.
  • Contribute to process standardization and optimization.
  • Raise critical concerns and issues to the RC Leadership team as needed.
  • Generate reports to address deficiencies in applicable programs.
  • Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines according to RC team SLAs and critical metrics.
  • Act as a backup for colleagues when necessary.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.

You thrive in a collaborative setting are socially interactive and can integrate seamlessly into a distributed team.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • English proficiency at a conversational level (B2C1).
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Strong organizational skills reliability and attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Previous experience in Compliance Legal Import-Export Customs Customer Service or Logistics is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to trade compliance procedures export regulations or regulatory programs.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
