- Minimum 10 years of related experience preferably in IAM information security network administration or IT.
- Bachelors degree (B.E./) in Computer Science or IT or Bachelors in Computer Applications (BCA) or Masters in Computer Applications (MCA).
- Supervisory experience preferred with a strong track record of leading IAM technology teams.
- Expertise in IAM frameworks security controls and governance models with hands-on experience in IAM technologies such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Zero Trust principles.
- Strong ability to assess and implement IAM solutions that align with enterprise risk management strategies.
- Excellent leadership problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills to drive IAM initiatives across the organization.
- Experience in vendor evaluation contract negotiation and implementing security best practices.
