Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) Luxury Nursing Home
Salary: 55000 p/a

What Were Looking For:
- Current RGN or RMN registration with the NMC.
- Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager or Clinical Lead in older adult care.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of nursing dementia care and CQC standards.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Commitment to providing compassionate person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations and clinical leadership.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care for older adults including dementia care.
- Lead mentor and develop a team of nurses and care staff.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in care planning audits and staff training programs.
- Act as a point of contact for residents families and healthcare professionals.
