WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE
As an Enrollment Specialist at our beauty school you start by reviewing the CRM to ensure all prospective future cosmetology professionals are accurately documented. You engage with potential students through phone calls text messages and emails answering their questions and guiding them through the admissions process. Next you assist the Admissions Leader by organizing folders for new applicants and preparing for campus tours showcasing both the cosmetology and aesthetics programs. You collaborate with the Marketing Leader brainstorming content ideas for social media and analyzing marketing performance metrics to enhance lead generation. You also find yourself planning and executing events like career fairs or open houses fostering community outreach. Additionally you support the Financial Services Leader by sending reminders for student payments and helping create student accounts. Throughout the day you participate in staff meetings sharing insights and strategies with your team to continually improve the enrollment process.
