What Youll Be Doing
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues efficiently
- Perform repairs maintenance and installations of household plumbing systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Recommend additional services upgrades or preventative solutions (e.g. tankless water heaters water filtration systems service plans)
- Educate customers on long-term plumbing health and cost-saving options
- Accurately prepare quotes and service invoices using company software
- Maintain a clean work area and company vehicle
- Attend ongoing training to stay sharp on technical skills and upselling techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential plumbing service
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Comfortable presenting upgrade options and service recommendations
- Self-motivated detail-oriented and reliable
