Description
Givens Aldersgate is looking for a full-time End User Support Specialist / IT Help Desk Technician to join our Technology team! The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technology support to the residents of Givens Aldersgate as a provider of solutions for end-user hardware and/or software needs. This position is responsible for providing a variety of configuring installing troubleshooting and supporting end-user technology hardware and software.
What youll do:
- Evaluate schedule and provide technology to Aldersgate residents
- Assist IT Manager with providing business healthcare and residential users with technology support
- Oversee deployment of hardware and software
- Update and create technical documentation
- Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor
What youll need:
- Must have a verifiable knowledge of modern desktop computer hardware and software systems
- Some combination of work and educational experience in desktop support is preferred
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Compensation is $21.00 - $25.00 per hour based on background and experience and includes our comprehensive benefits package!
