Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Data Engineer with a strong background in healthcare data processing and analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in EDI transactions SQL and Snowflake with a deep understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain data pipelines for healthcare datasets.
- Analyze large volumes of clinical and claims data ensuring data quality and compliance.
- Work with EDI transactions (/271 etc.) for data integration and reporting.
- Develop SQL queries stored procedures and views for business insights.
- Manage and optimize Snowflake data warehouse environments.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data security regulations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years in data analytics or engineering within healthcare.
- Strong SQL development and optimization skills.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse.
- Proficiency in healthcare EDI formats and processes.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance standards.
Preferred
- Knowledge of HL7 FHIR or other healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau Power BI Looker).
