We have an opportunity for a Advanced Practice Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in thePhysiotherapy department.

This is a part time role for 22.5 hours a week. Full time hours may also be considered. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for patients with complex presentations including advanced clinical reasoning and differential diagnosis.

• Deliver evidence-based treatment plans incorporating advanced therapeutic techniques and where appropriate requesting and interpreting diagnostic imaging.

• Work autonomously often as a first contact practitioner referring to other healthcare professionals where necessary.

• Act as a clinical lead and role model within the physiotherapy team supporting best practice and professional standards.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.

• Significant post-registration experience including advanced musculoskeletal or specialist physiotherapy practice.

• Postgraduate training relevant to advanced practice (e.g. MSc PGCert or equivalent).

• Advanced clinical reasoning assessment and decision-making skills.

• Experience working autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams.
