Advanced Practice Physiotherapist
Circle Integrated Care - Bedford
22.5 Hours & Permanent
Salary: Up to 68829.00 FTE per year (depending on level of experience training and qualification)
We have an opportunity for a Advanced Practice Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in thePhysiotherapy department.
This is a part time role for 22.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for patients with complex presentations including advanced clinical reasoning and differential diagnosis.
Deliver evidence-based treatment plans incorporating advanced therapeutic techniques and where appropriate requesting and interpreting diagnostic imaging.
Work autonomously often as a first contact practitioner referring to other healthcare professionals where necessary.
Act as a clinical lead and role model within the physiotherapy team supporting best practice and professional standards.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
Significant post-registration experience including advanced musculoskeletal or specialist physiotherapy practice.
Postgraduate training relevant to advanced practice (e.g. MSc PGCert or equivalent).
Advanced clinical reasoning assessment and decision-making skills.
Experience working autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams.
