Job Description
Automotive Greeter (Chillicothe OH):
Nourse Chillicothe Automall is seeking an evening Greeter for the main entrance of our Chillicothe campus! The primary function of this position is to be the first and last point of contact for customers entering and exiting the dealership. Friendliness and a positive attitude are necessary at all times to be successful. This position requires the employee to wearNourse apparel and a name badge at all times. Good hygiene and a professional appearance aremandatory and proper footwear is strongly suggested for this position!
Compensation and Hours:
- $13-$15/hr. paid weekly
- Part-Time 25-30 hours per week
- Evening Hours
- Rotating Friday/Saturday Schedule
- Closed Sundays
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers as they drive on the lot making sure to be highly visible to the customer.
- Delivering the monthly sales message with a smile!
- Provide directional instructions to ensure that customers are sent to the proper location on campus.
- Answer customers initial questions to assist the sales and service staff if applicable
- Ensure that all customers needs are managed with a sense of urgency in a friendly and helpful manner again be sure to smile!
- Communicate all sales customer needs location and vehicle description via Walkie-Talkie.
- Monitoring and logging vehicles entering and exiting the dealership
- Maintaining a written log of vehicles (make model license plate number)
- Maintaining an electronic log via Google Documents of sales traffic
- Maintaining a determined number of dealer tags for short test drives and overnight test drives
- Maintaining a log of all test drives; e.g. sales demonstrations and technician test drives
Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license and insurable driving record
- Must have superior customer service and hospitality skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must have a clean professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
- Experience in customer service or greeter role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Some work outside may be required
