Job Summary:
The Learning Experience is seeking an -ertified Lead Teacher to join our childcare team. Were looking for passionate educators who want to inspire young children ages 6 weeks to 2 through play-based learning creativity and discovery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and guide assistant teachers.
- Create a safe nurturing and fun classroom environment.
- Implement The Learning Experiences L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
- Communicate with families about childrens progress.
- Partner with leadership to meet classroom and enrollment goals.
Qualifications:
- ECE certification (90 hours)
- At least 6 months of teaching experience (1 year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
