Hunton Services Plumbing Division is seeking a Plumber Apprentice to join our growing team in Houston Texas. This entry-level role is designed for individuals seeking to build a career in the plumbing and mechanical trades while gaining hands-on experience on commercial projects. The ideal candidate is motivated detail-oriented and eager to learn from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation maintenance and repair of plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
- Work on heating water and drainage systems from rough-in through final installation.
- Support journeyman plumbers and project teams with daily tasks calculations and documentation.
- Research plumbing and HVAC equipment to support project requirements.
- Communicate with vendors and participate in training or technical learning sessions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following company safety standards.
- Show initiative reliability and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial plumbing environment OR pursuing a career in plumbing/mechanical systems with relevant technical training.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail teamwork and organizational skills.
- You must hold a valid drivers license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to HVAC or mechanical systems.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Revit or related design software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Punctual reliable and able to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Plumbers Apprentice Registration Card through the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE).
- Maintain good standing by renewing the card annually.
