Key Areas of Accountability:
Implement pre-installation assessment of equipment and assay integration process. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system Lead multi-site/multi-instrument integrations for ADD instruments and reagents into customer sites/laboratories; including new product launch (NPL) products Plan the onsite integration process. Work with implementation project managers as technical lead to execute project plan across customer systems. Educate and conduct customer personnel equipment training in the proper usage of the equipment. Maintain and develop technical competence on instruments assigned as well as job-related tools and processes. Recognizes and resolves technical problems at customer sites Support Medical Technologies with product and technical information Acts as the subject matter expert when it comes to product and technical knowledge Manage the integration process to meet customer expectations and timeline. Maintain close relationships with accounts and ensure their requirements are being met by the companys products. Recognizes and communicates product issues and potential improvements to others in the organization in a timely and effective manner. Follow defined TAS work processes for all aspects of job; including integration procedures; complaint documentation; time documentation; activity documentation; and TOR documentation. Can provide expert-level support and explain the root cause analysis for complex issues in the Core lab operation and resolve escalations within the applications issues. Design plan to address current situation in the laboratory. Identify recurring issues recommend long-term solutions and evaluate new tools or platforms to improve laboratory processes and efficiency. Oversee the implementation of the customer trainings requirement for the Assay and Instruments. Ensuring the instrument performance is optimize for the Application of the instruments such as Customer Maintenance training and assay performance. Review Customer maintenance scores and discuss to Laboratory manager. Has capability to interpret NEQASEQAS and CAP assay result interpretation and other Method validation results is a must. Guide and support junior staff to promote best practices. technically skilled individual guiding a team to achieve technical excellence by providing technical expertise direction and support while fostering growth through mentorship and skill development.. Work with internal departments and collaborate with commercial for planning and commercial support vendors APAC regional teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective application customer support and successful project delivery. Ensure the customer satisfaction by providing the timely support and allocate junior TAS efficiently while addressing customer issues.
