As Clinic Supervisor you are a key member of the Oxford team responsible for supporting the overall success and culture of the clinic leading a team of reception staff to deliver excellent service for patients and doctors.
You will assist the Practice Manager in supporting the team in running the Clinics day-to-day operations to ensuring a smooth patient journey as well as ensuring the clinic operates within the framework of CQC standards statutory regulations and internal policies. This is a hands-on role and will include supporting the Practice Manager in operational and administration tasks and covering/running the reception at times to suit the business needs.
