Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons for Year 4 pupils
Assess pupil progress and provide timely constructive feedback
Create a positive inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and confidence
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
Communicate regularly with parents and carers to support pupil learning
Promote active participation and academic growth in all areas of the Year 4 curriculum
Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to meet different learning needs
Year 4 Teacher Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in a primary school ideally with Year 4 experience
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about teaching and inspiring pupils
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
