- Academic Enrichment: Lead and contribute to the schools vibrant academic life including debating societies literary magazines and extension programs for highly able pupils.
- Pastoral Contribution: Participate actively in the schools pastoral system perhaps as a tutor or mentor supporting the all-round development of students.
- Assessment: Provide detailed scholarly and constructive feedback that elevates students writing and analytical skills to the highest level.
