About The Role
As Denza makes its debut in Spain we seek a dedicated and proactive After Sales Manager to lead and support the successful market entry and sustainable positioning of the this capacity you will play a pivotal role in establishing Denzas After Sales operations across Spain serving as a key project manager and primary liaison between Denza and the After Sales and network development teams.
You will hold responsibility for developing a robust network of service partners ensuring comprehensive service readiness at the time of product launch and overseeing key aftersales projects in close collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the customer experience for a premium electric vehicle brand from its inception leveraging the extensive infrastructure and expertise of BYDone of the worlds foremost new energy vehicle manufacturers.
This position reports directly to the Denza & BYD Aftersales Manager for Iberia.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
Establish and manage Denzas After Sales operations in Spain in strong cooperation with the network team.
Act as the primary liaison with Denzas After Sales teams.
Develop and manage a high-quality service partner network.
Ensure full service readiness for market launch and beyond.
Drive and manage cross-functional aftersales projects.
Required Skills Qualifications and Experience
Strong experience in automotive After Sales operations and project management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with Spanish automotive service standards and dealer/service network structures.
Hands-on mentality with a structured solution-oriented approach.
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Chinesse is a plus.
Willingness to travel within Spain and to international locations. Approx. 50% travel
Valid Class B drivers license required.
Several years of relevant professional experience.
