What Youll Do
- Build and optimize the full funnel from awareness to conversion tailored to your market.
- Design media mix strategies focusing on Meta Google and email marketing.
- Leverage creative strategies to ensure high-performing campaigns especially on Meta.
- Identify and launch new marketing channels when relevant.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across paid and organic channels.
- Analyze and optimize performance metrics such as ROAS CAC and revenue growth.
- Make small website adjustments to improve user experience and campaign outcomes.
- Partner with global experts for Google Meta creative and cross-channel strategies.
- Localize global best practices while customizing for your markets unique needs.
- Streamline operational tasks by leveraging automation tools and outsourcing.
- Manage external resources for tasks like ad uploads translations and reporting.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns with a strong track record of driving significant results.
- You understand what a marketing funnel needs to look like and how to nurture users down the funnel
- Good understanding of paid social & paid search advertising including creative strategy keyword research bid management and ad copy optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Passion for staying ahead of the curve constantly seeking new opportunities and strategies to optimize performance.
- Fluency in German (C1 and above) is required for this role
