Superscheduler/Salesforce for hour schedules and mileage
Weekly sales reports and sales call-ins
SAFETY
Tracking training and coordination
OSHA required forms and document maintenance
Safety Committee meeting tracking
DOT/timecard coordination with DOT coordinator
EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT
Ordering and tracking HHs mobile devices and computers
iPhone setup distribution and maintenance
Returns and repairs of field devices
BUDGETING/EXPENSES
Travel & Expense & Accounts Payable submissions (P-Cards supplies DOT repairs vendors PPE ordering)
Uniform allowance updates (if applicable)
Fuel card maintenance
MEETINGS & EVENTS
Organize and manage budget for zone events
Meeting prep & slides (zone meetings special events etc.)
Coordinate execution of Flu Clinic Wellness Fairs etc.
HR
Route bidding and re-engineering support (binder maintenance)
Route scheduling administration
Personnel and safety files maintenance
