Summary:

• Applies an interdisciplinary collaborative approach to plan design develop and verify complex systems and system-of-systems solutions.

• Evaluates customer and operational needs to define and coordinate performance requirements integrate technical parameters and ensure compatibility across all physical functional and program interfaces.

• Conducts analyses for affordability safety reliability maintainability testability security and other quality factors to ensure mission success.

• Develops and improves requirements management processes tools and assessments while resolving cross-functional technical issues.

• Lead cross-functional teams to define and maintain system requirements interfaces behaviors and verification requirements.

• Apply collaborative interdisciplinary approaches to plan design develop and verify complex systems solutions.

• Evaluate customer/operational needs and coordinate system performance requirements.

• Develop manage and validate system requirements including technical specifications and supplier requirements.

• Conduct design reviews and technical assessments to ensure system reliability and compliance.

• Support and improve requirements management risk issue resolution opportunity management and technology readiness processes.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a secret clearance

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Engineering Technology Chemistry Physics Mathematics Data Science or Computer Science.

• 9 years of related work experience or equivalent education/experience.

• Systems Engineering experience in system design functional decomposition requirements development analysis verification and validation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in engineering roles and/or leading teams to success.

• Active U.S. Security Clearance.
