ABOUT THE ROLE
Document the design and technical structure of the custom workflows in the Appeals application that supports the Appeals Division. Solution is built on MicroPacts entelli-trak platform. The solution is hosted in AWS and is managed by a DMAS vendor.
DMAS is seeking an expert level programmer analyst that can independently review an existing system and document the configuration details. The individual will be required to understand and document the customizations that have been added to the base addition the analyst will document all existing interfaces and current hosting environment. Analyst will be required to review the stories and change requests documented in JIRA as part of the documentation process.
Qualifications and experience
Experienced in configuring entelli-trak platform 8 years.
Experienced in Java programming 8 Years
Experienced in using JIRA 5 years
Experience in working with cloud hosted solutions especially AWS 5 years
Good understanding of network concepts
Good understanding of authentication and authorization using single sign on solutions
Experience in documenting design details using MS tools including MS Word MS Excel and MS Visio
-Experience in documenting existing process automation workflows
