Job Summary
Position: RN Nurse Manager Mother Baby/Obstetrics
Location:Tarzana CA
Salary: $152k to $216k as a base Full benefits
Relocation assistance will also be provided
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager for one of our direct client to lead their Mother Baby unit overseeing clinical staff and ensuring exceptional patient care. Join a nationally recognized hospital known for clinical excellence and patient safety.
Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise Mother Baby unit staff ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction.

Manage daily operations staffing and workflow for Mother Baby rooms.

Promote a culture of safety clinical excellence and patient-focused care.

Participate in leadership programs and performance initiatives.
Qualifications:

Required: Bachelors in Nursing
California RN license
BLS certification
Management of Aggressive Behavior training (within 90 days)
California Fire & Life Safety Card (within 30 days). -
Preferred: Masters degree in Nursing
2 years clinical experience in Mother Baby or related specialty.
