Our client is seeking a hands-on IT Operations Support Specialist with 3 5 years of experience in managing operational workflows and ensuring system reliability. This role demands strong incident management skills customer-facing communication and a proactive approach to deployments and business continuity planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve incident tickets with precision and urgency
- Manage and document IT incidents across systems and applications
- Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution
- Participate in and support BCP (Business Continuity Planning) testing activities
- Coordinate and execute application and infrastructure deployments
- Maintain operational readiness and support post-deployment validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 5 years of experience in IT Ops or Production Support roles
- Strong understanding of incident management and ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow Jira)
- Experience with customer communication in high-pressure environments
- Familiarity with BCP testing protocols and deployment procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
