Job Description
Contractor shall provide the following services to patients of the Facility:
Dentist performs various patient care duties under the supervision of the Medical Director.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Provide dental services for patients both routine and non-routine
- Perform documentation of all services provided
- Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically Joint Commission guidelines CMS Standards BSH Policy and Directives Rules and Directives.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed as a dentist by the State of Texas
- Must comply with immunization requirements
- Must submit required drug test
- Must submit required fingerprinting
- Must complete facility required training
