Job Summary

Job description:

Contractor shall provide the following services to patients of the Facility:

Dentist performs various patient care duties under the supervision of the Medical Director.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Provide dental services for patients both routine and non-routine
Perform documentation of all services provided
Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically Joint Commission guidelines CMS Standards BSH Policy and Directives Rules and Directives.

Requirements:

Must be licensed as a dentist by the State of Texas
Must comply with immunization requirements
Must submit required drug test
Must submit required fingerprinting
Must complete facility required training
