A minimum of 3 years of experience on an Agile Team that was actively applying principles practices and theory of Kanban Scrum and Safe.
Familiarity with Agile Tools such as Azure DevOps
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC)
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication and facilitation skills
Manage and facilitate the scrum teams daily work including executing Sprint ceremonies (e.g. Sprint Planning Daily Stand-Up Sprint Review and Retrospective)
Collaborate with Product and Platform Owners to understand the vision mission and OKRs to facilitate work effectively and efficiently
