This role will involve supporting and enhancing Genesys solutions including configuration routing strategies APIs and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in Genesys administration Java JavaScript and Oracle Database and a passion for delivering efficient high-performing communication solutions. The Genesys Administrator / IWD Support Specialist will play a key role in maintaining configuring and enhancing the Genesys environment. The position requires hands-on experience with Genesys administration application development for routing strategies APIs customizations and database analysis. Candidates must be detail-oriented collaborative and able to support mission-critical communication systems in a hybrid work setting.
