X-Ray Tech (Permanent Position) Location: San Angelo TX 76903
Schedule: Friday Sunday 12:00 PM 12:00 AM
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic radiology procedures as ordered by physicians and licensed providers.
- Execute fluoroscopic and OR/C-arm procedures with accuracy and patient safety.
- Provide patient care support such as obtaining vital signs performing EKGs phlebotomy and assisting with patient preparation.
- Prepare and maintain imaging equipment and ensure cleanliness and readiness of exam rooms.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA and facility protocols.
- Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities.
- Ensure rooms are properly stocked and organized to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduate from an approved School of Radiologic Technology
- Active ARRT (R) American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- MRT License Medical Radiologic Technologist license in the State of Texas
- BLS Certification Basic Life Support (AHA or equivalent)
