X-Ray Tech (Permanent Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiology procedures as ordered by physicians and licensed providers.
• Execute fluoroscopic and OR/C-arm procedures with accuracy and patient safety.
• Provide patient care support such as obtaining vital signs performing EKGs phlebotomy and assisting with patient preparation.
• Prepare and maintain imaging equipment and ensure cleanliness and readiness of exam rooms.
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA and facility protocols.
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities.
• Ensure rooms are properly stocked and organized to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Graduate from an approved School of Radiologic Technology
• Active ARRT (R) American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• MRT License Medical Radiologic Technologist license in the State of Texas
• BLS Certification Basic Life Support (AHA or equivalent)
