Job Description

Mandatory Qualifications:

10 years in data migration leadership

Oracle 19c and advanced PL/SQL expertise

Oracle Data Migration related certification

Proven track record preparing high-quality deliverables and structured reporting

Experience leading technical teams and documenting reconciliation frameworks

Familiarity with JIRA or similar project tracking tools

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)

Oracle Cloud Data Integration Certification

Informatica Certified Professional (ICP)

AWS or Azure Data Engineering Certification

ITIL Foundation Certification

Strong written communication skills for high-quality deliverables
