Overview
Our client is seeking a Director of Clinical Services - Cardiology to lead and oversee multiple departments ensuring high-quality care and compliance with standards. This role involves strategic planning team leadership and fostering relationships within the healthcare community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for Cardiovascular Services
- Provide visionary leadership to department managers and staff
- Ensure timely access to cardiovascular services
- Oversee daily operations of various cardiovascular departments
- Implement efficient processes for high-quality care delivery
- Ensure effective utilization of personnel and budgets
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies
- Build and sustain productive relationships with healthcare professionals
- Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration
- Represent the organization in community partnerships
- Promote professional growth of nursing and clinical staff
- Collaborate with finance to manage departmental budgets
- Monitor financial performance and develop business cases
- Champion patient- and family-centered care
- Address patient concerns and complaints
- Schedule: Full Time
- Bachelors degree or higher
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) in Arkansas (AR)
- Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
