Job Summary
Job Summary (Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN):
- Provide basic nursing care under supervision of RNs and physicians
- Monitor and record patients vital signs
- Administer prescribed medications and injections
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing dressing mobility)
- Collect specimens for routine laboratory tests
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
- Communicate care plans and updates with patients families and healthcare team
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to supervising staff
- Support wound care and perform basic medical procedures
- Ensure a safe clean and comfortable environment for patients
