Project Manager
Builds strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders through effective communication and influence
Takes full ownership of project outcomes including financials issue resolution and data accuracy
Aligns project goals with business objectives to ensure strategic value delivery
Proactively identifies and mitigates risks in accordance with TDs enterprise risk framework
Follows TDs standardized project methodologies and supports governance and compliance
Exercises sound judgment in decision-making considering financial and risk implications
Brings 7 years of hands-on experience in Agile and PDLC environments with expertise in planning scheduling and reporting
Familiarity with TD Agile and TDI practices is a plus
Certifications such as PMI Agile or SAFe are preferred but not mandatory.
